Некоторые аспекты построения моделей стратегического развития предприятия

Abstract

In the article the problem of strategic of enterprise development is considered from the positions of system analysis. A model of strategic development system and its components are presented. The identical analysis of the latter will allow raising the quality of management and escaping possible deflections in development. The offered decision-making model when choosing priority directions of enterprise development on the basis of expert evaluations enables to estimate alternative ways of development and to form a program of actions for their realization.
