Abstract

In the article the material аnd technical foundation as one of the components of compettive environment of Higher Education development is considered. Тhе regional aspect of Higher Education in Ukraine is described. New ways of increasing the competitiveness of the Ukrainian education in Europe and at the Higher Education at Establishments in Ukraine are suggested.
