Numerical modeling of the dynamics and stability investigation of even relatively simple Hamiltonian systems of magnetic levitation requires significant computational resources. In this chapter, the authors consider the application of grid and cloud technologies for numerical simulation of the dynamics of magnetic levitation systems involving a magnetized weakly asymmetric top such as the Orbitron. The importance of geometric integrators for investigating stability over large time intervals in conserved energy systems is noted. The relative equilibrium in the Orbitron is a starting point for choosing the parameters and initial conditions for numerical simulation.
