Abstract

The increase in uncertainty in recent decades has motivated the development of specific concepts about the characteristics of the world where human life and business management occur. Such concepts are BANI and the VUCA world. According to the authors, understanding these concepts allows us to see the close relationship between them when we consider them nonlinearly through the prism of feedback loops.
