dc.description.abstract	In given article the measures of video surveillance are considered which an employer has the right to apply for preservation of the property of both an enterprise’s and the employees’ property. Legal nature of application of the means of the video control in labor law was researched. Main principles of application of the video control in labor legal relations are determined.
