Abstract

It has been found out that adaptive management of the department system development requires to be determined as the interaction of managing and managed subsystems on the basis of coordination of the institution strategies and the specifics of its units activity, motives and opportunities of participants of the educational process, mutual agreement of the education market demands, needs and professional experience of students with the content of educational services and mobile transformation of the leading departments to enhance the professional competence of students/listeners and ensure their competitiveness on the labor market.
