The role of public organizations in the public administration system in Ukraine

Abstract

The role of public organizations in the formation and improvement of public policy in Ukraine is considered. The need to involve the public in the formation and implementation of state policy is substantiated. The main components of support for the self-development of civil society by public authorities have been determined. Methods of influence of citizens' associations on the process of formation of state policy have been established. The level of institutionalized social and political activity of citizens, which can contribute to the organization of civil society in Ukraine, is analyzed. The main principles of cooperation between public authorities and civil society have been defined. Various forms and directions of interaction between the authorities and the community are considered. It has been established that public organizations act as mediators between citizens and the state, contributing to the realization of public interests in the process of state decision-making.
