Abstract

The paper considers the theoretical features of staff onboarding in the framework of tourism activities, the impact of training on staff, the problems of waste of resources on employees, as well as the problems of developing individual plans in the framework of a very limited amount of finances; the analysis of experience in working with staff was carried out (for example, the Department of the Kharkov City Council on international cooperation); developed techniques for adapting employees and their training to increase their efficiency and reduce resource costs.
