Розглянуто зміст процесу бюджетування на підприємстві. Особливу увагу приділено системі бюджетного управління підприємством та можливостям, які дана система надає. Надано рекомендації щодо процесу побудови оптимальної системи бюджетування.The content of the budgeting process at an enterprise is studied. Special attention is paid to the budget management of an enterprise and the opportunities that this system provides. Recommendations are offered on the process of developing an optimal system of budgeting.
