To the issue of future managers’ foreign language training

Abstract

In the paper we have examined the current state and analyzed the features of future managers’ foreign language training in the People’s Republic of China. We have ascertained that teaching a foreign language to students of economic specialties, in general, and to future managers, in particular, has its own features, determined both by the specifics of the field and modern teaching conditions. Creating appropriate organizational and pedagogical conditions in the learning process, such as professional orientation and digitalization of foreign language training can greatly contribute to increasing the productivity of future managers’ foreign language teaching. We think that the creatively rethought pedagogically valuable experience of Chinese universities in teaching foreign languages can be introduced into the Ukrainian system of future managers’ foreign language training.
