International over- and under-tourism and measures to reduce their risks

Abstract

The materials explore the conditions and consequences of loading international tourist routes, over-tourism, and developed measures to direct the tourist flows, over-tourism, to reduce the risk of adverse events. To do this result, statistical materials are used as typical international tourist flows and applied methods of theoretical generalization, synthesis and analysis, a systematic approach. The main conditions of the original and the rupture of the phenomena of over-tourism are defined. The main measures to reduce risks are proposed. In order to change them, it is necessary to develop a sub-tourism that will load popular tourist connections and favorably spread tourist flows between different tourist destinations.
