Predetermination of civil society institutions on political democracy

Abstract

The analysis of social democracy was conducted and the effectiveness of participation of civil society institutions in the state of social welfare formation was determined. The evaluations of the civil society development in Ukraine provided by international organizations are presented. The preconditions for self-realization of the public through social institutions are outlined in the context of the voluntary formation of institutions on the basis of self-government in order to meet the material and spiritual needs and persons’ interests of implementing social standard of conduct within the framework of ideological and political pluralism for the formation of civil society.
