Методичний підхід до створення ефективної системи матеріального стимулювання персоналу промислових підприємств

Abstract

The article deals with the algorithm of a complex of measures on managing the system of material incentives of the personnel at an enterprise on the basis of classical functions of management. This algorithm allows to develop a control system of material incentives of the personnel in order to ensure the individual approach to each worker, in view of stimuli, which result in activization of labour activity, and trace the weak points of the given system.
