Women’s leadership in higher education: Ukraine in a global perspective

Abstract

The paper examines the barriers and opportunities for the development of women’s leadership in Ukraine’s higher education sector identified within a British Council supported project and presents the created career roadmap that enables women in education to build their own leadership trajectories and promotes gender equality.
