Abstract

An exact analytic description of stationary mode of incompletely accessible multichannel Queue system model with refusals is received in article for the first time. Model Description allows to decide a problem of forecast the corresponding micro economic systems’ work effectiveness. Verification of model correctness is executed and an example of its use is given.
