Abstract

The E. Lieberman's tradition in studying criterion of the production efficiency is considered. The system model of production function is offered. The production function expands our idea about criterion of economic efficiency on the marginal approach. The top barrier of a growth in production efficiency is established. Danger from using the criterion without including production function is revealed.
