Abstract

In modern conditions, when Ukraine tries to become the full participant of a world financial market, the considerable attention is paid to foreign trade activities sphere. It is expected, that in 2008 some banks (brought by foreigners) can increase authorized capitals, and a part of money for these reguirements will be received from abroad. It causes the sharing of national economists’ opinions, concerning the economic substiation of foreign economy liberatization. For an effective entry of Ukrainian banks info world financial market, it is necessary to create a complex of actions of standard-legal, economic and institutional character.
