Ukraine and Poland event industry profiles: features of national cultures

Abstract

The rapid development of the event industry is typical of recent years. The event industry in Ukraine and Poland is also growing and promising. The analysis of event industry in Ukraine and Poland was conducted, the statistics of events by types were analyzed. The features of Poland and Ukraine national cultures for identifying cultural features and their impact on event industry were studied. Analysis of Ukraine and Poland national cultures using GLOBE cultural clusters and Hofstede 6-D models helps to summarize similarities and differences in cultures.
