Application of flexible methods of project management in teaching mathematics

Abstract

Traditional methods of teaching mathematics follow a structured approach, limiting flexibility for both teachers and students. To address these limitations, integrating Agile methodologies, specifically Kanban, into mathematical education is proposed. Adopting project management principles in education encourages equal participation between students and teachers, focusing on real-world problem-solving. It entails detailed planning, risk management, mutual learning, responsibility and flexibility.
