Ситуаційний підхід в організації: особливості та прояви

Abstract

Досліджено роль та місце ситуаційного підходу на підприємстві, теоретичні засади та практичний досвід застосування ситуаційного підходу в управлінні організацією задля запобігання прийняттю неправильних рішень керівними органами. Виділено завдання ситуаційного підходу для досягнення цілей розвитку підприємств.

The role and place of the situational approach at an enterprise, theoretical background and practical experience of implementing the situational approach in the management of an organization in order to avoid making wrong decisions by governing bodies are studied. The tasks of the situational approach for achieving the objectives of enterprises are highlighted.
