Abstract

Визначено проблеми бюджетного механізму розвитку депресивних регіонів. Розглянуто прямі та непрямі засоби державного впливу, спрямовані на подолання економічних проблем у регіонах. Запропоновано формування програми розвитку слабких регіонів.The problems of the budget mechanism of depressed regions are defined. Both direct and indirect means of government influence, to overcome the economic problems in the regions are considered. Program for the development of weak regions was proposed.
