Abstract

Under the condition of the necessity of taking into account the influence of factors affecting the development and introduction of investment projects, the advanced techniqum of estimating the efficiency of investment projects based on definition of discounting factors which are used by the investor for calculation of parameters of investment projects economic efficiency is offered.
