Certain characteristics of independent study organization in non-linguistic higher educational institutions

Abstract

The article discusses examples of information technologies use in organizing students' self-studying, which allow not only to intensify learning, but also lay the foundations for further continuous self-education, therefore, the pedagogical information-educational environment that is created by integrating a set of software and hardware and traditional forms of education, and defines the student’s self-study work as more independent and creative.
