Abstract

The results of the questionnaire carried out by the chair of state building of the National Academy of State Administration among the deputy heads and other office employees of Kharkiv, Lugansk, Poltava and Sumy regional administrations are analysed in the article. According to this analysis the attitude of office employees of various ages and sexes to the main conditions of work is revealed and the recommendations for improving them are given.
