Розроблення способу шкального виміру оцінки фінансового стану підприємств-емітентів

Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem-solving of scaling information measurement derivable during credit-rating estimation the financial condition of an enterprises-emitters. For the first time the method of scaling of indicators was developed on the basis of "three sigma" rule in the presence of skewness of distribution which enabled to build scales of indicators for the credit-rating appraisal of enterprises-emitters.
