Edtech tools in the professional development system for computer operators

Abstract

This article investigates the effectiveness of modern educational technologies (EdTech) in enhancing the hard and soft skills of PC operators during the digital transformation of work. Through an experiment utilising online simulators and gamified modules, the study found that the experimental group demonstrated significantly improved speed, accuracy, and adaptability compared to the control group. These results confirm the direct positive impact of digital tools on professional competence and offer a practical framework for modernising continuous employee training programs.
