Abstract

Досліджено працю робітників як необхідної складової частини процесу виробництва, споживання та розподілу створеного продукту. Обґрунтовано необхідність правильного обліку, оскільки заробітна плата – один із найважливіших засобів підвищення зацікавленості працівників у результатах своєї праці і її правильний облік є необхідною умовою для забезпечення потреб підприємства і працівників.The paper studies the labour of workers as a necessary component of the process of production, consumption and distribution of the created product. The author proves the necessity of proper accounting, as the wage is one of the most important means of increasing the interest of employers in the results of their work, and its proper accounting is essential to meet the needs of businesses and workers.
