Optimal structural reconstruction of regional socio-economic systems

Abstract

The region is considered as a dynamic system with a territorial-sectoral structure, taking into account the elements of productive forces in compliance with the requirements of the new concept of public administration. The transformation processes necessary for the reproduction of natural and development of regional socio-economic systems at the current level of socio-economic potential of the region are identified. A number of tools and measures of optimal structural restructuring of regional socio-economic systems are proposed, taking into account the principles of regional development of general systemic, legal state character.
