It is determined that the MIS is an integrated tool for information support of planning, coordination and control at all management levels. The system ensures transformation of data into relevant information, which is the basis for making informed management decisions. It is confirmed that effective implementation of MIS allows to improve the quality of decisions, optimise the use of resources and provide the organisation with competitive advantages.
