Mind management of enterprise human capital: learning using concept mapping

Abstract

The possibility of increasing the efficiency of training of middle managers and top managers with the use of concept maps of different levels was investigated. The method of conceptual mapping was used to visualize the basic concepts of mathematical models of optimization problems as one of the most common types of mathematical problems that must be encountered in solving typical problems of enterprise management. Peculiarities of application of concept maps in the process of realization of both autonomous and joint project are shown, the role of the trainer in each of the projects is defined.
