Main trends in the development of the contemporary environment of international companies

Abstract

The article examines current trends in business management development in an unstable, uncertain and dynamic global environment. It identifies key areas of transformation in management practices in the 21st century, including the introduction of artificial intelligence, a focus on sustainable development and the circular economy, the spread of remote and hybrid working models, stricter cybersecurity and data protection requirements, the development of e-commerce, flexible supply chains, regionalisation, localisation and intercultural inclusiveness. The need to adapt management approaches to the new challenges of the international business environment in order to ensure the sustainable development and competitiveness of companies is justified.
