Development of a web application to support the process of learning foreign languages

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to develop a web application that automates and optimizes the processes of receiving, accounting and ma-naging orders in the flower business through the introduction of modern web technologies and digital management tools. As a result of the project, a web application was developed that allows the administrator and store employees to keep track of orders, manage the catalog of flower products, monitor order statuses, plan delivery and generate reports. The system provides automated storage of information about customers, orders, and stock balances, which reduces the likelihood of errors and data loss. For the administrator, the web application provides the ability to centrally manage orders, control the execution and analyze the activities of the store. For the enterprise, the implementation of the system helps to increase the efficiency of personnel, optimize business processes and improve the quality of service. Employees can focus on key tasks related to customer service and flower arrangements, and the risk of delays and inaccuracies in handling orders is reduced.
