The paper examines approaches to evaluating the economic feasibility of innovative IT products within their life cycle and project management frameworks. It analyses key financial, probabilistic, and qualitative assessment methods, as well as life cycle models ranging from Waterfall to Agile. The study emphasizes the importance of integrating management and economic analysis tools to support informed decision-making and enhance enterprise competitiveness in the digital economy.
