Improvement of the organization of remote management teams in an IT company

Abstract

The purpose of the thesis is to develop theoretical foundations and develop practical recommendations for improving the organization of management remote teams in an IT company. The thesis reveals the essence and methods of organizing remote teams management in an IT company and determines that the organization of remote team management in an IT company has its own specifics. A comprehensive analysis of the activities of LLC “Freshcode”, which provides services in the field of IT, is conducted. Technical and economic, financial analysis of the activities of LLC “Freshcode” showed that the activity of the enterprise as a whole is effective, but some indicators tend to decrease. The current organization of remote teams management in LLC “Freshcode” has a number of problems, in particular, the company is not ready to hire foreign workers. With the help of PERT analysis, the duration of the implementation of measures to improve the organization of remote control of teams is predicted. Recommendations for organizing remote teams management of LLC “Freshcode” include employee training, development of standardized documents and company policies, communication setup. The implementation of suggested measures will have positive social and economic effects.
