Abstract

The results of the study of the peculiarities of the modern enterprise corporate culture are presented. The identified tendencies, such as the formation of a hired employee, ensuring a balance between work and personal life, personal development and employee performance, the preoccupation of a virtual office, diversification of team members, horizontal hierarchy, are analyzed in detail.
