Abstract

In the article questions of investments in the human capital are considered, connection between concepts "stuff expenses" and "stuff investments" is proved. The balanced parameters system of the industrial enterprises human capital is determined and proved, calculation of parameters of the human capital is submitted by the example of the machinebuilding enterprise.
