Abstract

The article is dedicated to the study of information resources (IR) management using the concept of personnel competence in information work. As the result of the work the competence model in information work has been built due to profound analysis of existing competence models. Also characteristic features of each element of the competence model have been marked out in dinamic interaction. Development of the approach to IR-management using the concept of personnel competence in information work has helped to present a new methodic approach to the development of corporate IR-management conception.
