Abstract

The methodic recommendations to the use of some points of socionics for the diagnostics of relation of staff members with, each other or with their chiefs, the prognosing order of their behavior while working are suggested. The schemes of informational connection and communication in staff are given. Their use will provide the forming of positive climate in the staff and taking the effective decisions.
