The importance of gender diversity in public authorities

Abstract

The author analyzes the level of women's pay and access to the highest category positions in Ukraine. Barriers and ways to overcome them in order to achieve gender equality in Ukraine are considered. The biggest challenge facing women at the international level is the fundamental inequality of political and economic opportunities that most women around the world face.
