Classification of human capital in the framework of enterprise

Abstract

Author's research is devoted to the problem of determining the value of human capital of all employees. This is a problem, since the need to assess human capital may occur when selling a business, any changes in the structure of the enterprise, as well as for making necessary managerial decisions.
