Abstract

In the article the problems of enterprises insolvency and bankruptcy in the Ukrainian economy are examined. The essence of the basic conceptions are specified, the existing approaches to the solution of the problem of recognition the phase of insolvency are analysed and their characteristics are given. The mechanism of evaluation and forecasting the enterprise insolvency is suggested.
