Abstract

Effective functioning of Ukraine tax system appreciably depends on validity and degree of use of the regulating potential of used tax privileges. Today tax privilege is the conventional toolkit of global practice of the taxation. The tax privilege as an element of the tax demands an enhanced attention and legislative settlement.
