Abstract

In the given article the situations connected with movement of labour forces at the enterprise are considered. The evaluation of a condition of labour forces of group of the enterprises of Kharkov is given. The factors which influence a conjuncture of labour forces are chosen. The directions as for improving the situation on reaching parities of demand and supply at various structural levels are offered.
