Розглянуто проблемні питання організації ринку праці, розроблено практичні рекомендації щодо вирішення проблем зайнятості населення регіону та визначено умови реалізації державної політики у сфері зайнятості.The problems of the labor market organization are considered, practical recom¬mendations to address the employment problems of the region and the conditions of state policy in the sphere of employment are developed.
