Abstract

Досліджено теоретичні основи нормування виробничих процесів і праці, запропоновано вдосконалення методів нормування на підприємства в умовах сучасної економіки за допомогою використання методу Just in Time як сучасного напряму підвищення конкуренто¬спроможності компанії за рахунок нормування виробничих процесів.The article analyzes theoretical foundations of the standardization of manufacturing and labor processes. As part of improving standardization methods in modern economy the possibility of using the method "Just in Time" is offered, as a modern trend in enhancing company competitiveness through standardization of production processes.
