Innovative approaches to increasing the efficiency of public administration

Abstract

The features of the implementation of innovative technologies are studied based on a comprehensive approach that takes into account not only technical aspects, but also socio-economic factors that affect the effectiveness of public administration. The main innovative methods of establishing effective interaction between public administration institutions for the implementation of state public innovations are identified, which contribute to the improvement of the style of state management activity when solving social problems to increase the efficiency of the functioning of public authorities and ensure their functioning as a single system. The prospects for increasing the efficiency of public administration in Ukraine are identified, by using the most optimal experience of implementing public innovations in leading countries of the world, taking into account the current problems of public administration in the country. The main directions of implementing innovations in the public administration system are considered, which are related to the reorientation of public administration towards regulating the processes of social modernization and the formation of socially oriented market relations, which will strengthen Ukraine’s resilience to current and future external challenges and contribute to the formation of a more sustainable and effective public administration. Active use of the proposed digital tools for monitoring and analyzing data will help the government respond more flexibly to changes in citizens' needs and the challenges facing Ukraine today, as well as increase the transparency of government actions.
