Abstract

In the article the research of the tendencies and conditions of labour markets in Poland during the period of 1995 – 2004 are considered. By means of econometric analysis the factors influenced on the potential of the labour markets in Poland are determined; the structure of employment and specialization of the enterprises in Polish regions are shown; structural changes of potential of the regional labour markets are investigated. Cluster formations of regional labour markets in Poland are considered and their features are revealed.
