Abstract

The factors of influence on European integration processes and decentralization are discovered. The labor market is inextricably linked to the economic conditions. The fair trade, on its hand, contributes the sustainable development of the country, guaranteeing the rights of producers and workers. One of the primary objectives of fair trade is to increase the autonomy of producers and employees. Application of the principles of fair traders would create favorable conditions for development activities and to reduce social tensions and to enhance the country's role in the international economy.
