Module for dynamic analysis of IT project tasks performance

Abstract

The purpose of this work is to develop a functional module of an agile IT design system that allows you to improve the task execution diagram by expanding the space of input parameters to increase the accuracy of the displayed results. In accordance with the purpose of this study, a set of indicators was determined that should be used by the developed module to build an IT project task execution diagram. Trends in IT project task execution using checkpoints were studied. The module was software implemented and tested. The use of this module in the field of agile project management will increase the efficiency of bottleneck analysis at the stages of planning, development and support of the design life cycle.
