Study of psychological content parameters of servicemen' motivation

Abstract

The article deals with theoretical analysis of the motivational sphere of servicemen' personality who took part in combat operations. The psychological content parameters were determined and justified, psychological structure of serviceman's motivation was constructed. The interrelationships of psychological content parameters of servicemen with social expectations (p <0,05; p <0,01) and sense-oriented orientations (p <0,05; p <0,01) were empirically reseachted. Significant correlation relations of parameters of social expectations with sense-orientation orientations are established. Study of psychological content parameters of servicemen' motivation and established interrelationships are important in the context of performing professional-service (combat) activities. The results of the study may be interesting to heads of military units, command officers, heads of military educational institutions, educators, as well as researchers in the field of military psychology, psychology of personality motivation.
